INTERVIEW TRAINING SKILLS

There are opportunities for jobs globally whether it be working remotely or moving to a new country.

To explore all these new opportunities, you will need to attend interviews whether it be on-line or in person.  To attend these interviews, you need to have the necessary interviews skills to help you stand out.  

The key to a good interview with someone from Europe is good communication skills, appearance and attentive listening. You will learn of these points in depth as well as some associative principals.

Every human interaction could be seen as a kind of interview which enables us to relate better to another human, make yourself understood and let others see the potential you have. Being understood is empowering and helping someone understand you will help them make a better decision about you.

In this session you will see real interviews conducted by UK delegates and work in groups to identify and discuss areas for improvement; what went well, and what didn’t go so well and then learn from these.  You will also learn some basic principles of writing a good CV.
